Hello USD 298 parents, guardians, students and community members. I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself as the superintendent of Unified School District #298. My name is Nikki Flinn and I have had multiple roles throughout the district such as, the principal at Lincoln Jr/Sr High School and Lincoln Elementary School, taught business and math at Lincoln Jr/Sr High School, Athletic Director, Senior Sponsor, StuCo Sponsor, and I was part of the creation of the Paw Print company. I am starting my 20th year in education. Since finishing my administration certificate, I have decided to expand my knowledge and get my district license and have recently accepted the position as your new superintendent. Growing up in Lincoln my whole life and being a Lincoln High School alumnus, I am beyond proud to bleed my blue for our leopards. Fourteen years ago, I moved back home, because I cannot think of a better place to raise a family and have the support of a community and school behind you. With that being said, I have 2 children Keynan who is 14 and Kyndal who is 11, they have attended the 298 district since their education has begun and will someday be proud alumni of Lincoln High School. My commitment to the community of Lincoln runs deep. You may have seen me serve on multiple boards or volunteer my time throughout the community. I am going to continue to make it my mission to make Lincoln, USD 298, and all stakeholders involved here one of the absolute best places to raise children. We will continue to produce quality young adults who will make a difference in our world. I am very proud to be part of this district and am very excited about the future of our schools. I am looking forward to my new position and am looking forward to working with each one of you. With that, Let’s Go Leopards!
